They are also guaranteed to retain approx. 80% of their rated capacity for a period of 12 months for Japanese or Korean Cells and 70% for Chinese cells from the date of shipment if used within the recommended limits.

Shipping and other costs related to return of defective products to NextBatteries.com are the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA number is required for any products returned to NextBatteries.com. NextBatteries.com will pay for return shipping of replacement products to the original purchaser.

Orders under $199.00: Flat rate of $9.50 via USPS Standard (2–9 business days).

3. ⏳ Shipping Timeframes
Orders ship within 2–7 business days from Hayward, CA or Fort Worth, TX.
U.S. delivery takes 2–9 business days.

If delayed, you’ll be notified. You may cancel within 14 business days for a full refund.


4. 📍 Address Accuracy & Return Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

Returns from incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping charges. Customers cover return shipping costs.


5. 📋 Tracking & Delivery Issues
Hazmat Tracking Delays: Li-ion batteries may be delayed due to inspections (3–4 business days).
UPS/FedEx/DHL: Tracking activates within 48 hours.
USPS: May take 2–4 days, especially for Hazmat items.

🛡️ Stolen or Lost Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen after that point.
