1. ๐Ÿšš Shipping Options
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Some orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

โœจ Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $199.00 (Standard Ground Shipping).


2. ๐Ÿ’ธ Shipping Rates
Orders under $199.00: Flat rate of $9.50 via USPS Standard (2โ€“9 business days).
Upgrade options available at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority

  • UPS or FedEx Ground

3. โณ Shipping Timeframes
Orders ship within 2โ€“7 business days from Hayward, CA or Fort Worth, TX.
U.S. delivery takes 2โ€“9 business days.

If delayed, youโ€™ll be notified. You may cancel within 14 business days for a full refund.


4. ๐Ÿ“ Address Accuracy & Return Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

Returns from incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping charges. Customers cover return shipping costs.


5. ๐Ÿ“‹ Tracking & Delivery Issues
Hazmat Tracking Delays: Li-ion batteries may be delayed due to inspections (3โ€“4 business days).
UPS/FedEx/DHL: Tracking activates within 48 hours.
USPS: May take 2โ€“4 days, especially for Hazmat items.

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen after that point.

6. โŒ Order Cancellations
To cancel, email support@nextbatteries.com.

  • If the order hasnโ€™t shipped, weโ€™ll cancel it immediately.

  • If already shipped, you can return it per our Return Policy.


7. ๐Ÿ’ณ Payment Timing

At NextBatteries, your card is authorized at checkout, and we charge your card immediately for all orders. As a small business, we rely on this process to efficiently manage inventory and ensure prompt order fulfillment.

For bulk or special orders, payment is charged immediately upon confirmation. Many of our products require special sourcing or handling, and advance payment ensures we can fulfill orders without delays or disruption.

While this may differ from practices on larger platforms, it is standard in our industry. If you have any concerns, please contact our support team to cancel your order for a full refundโ€”we do not hold your funds unnecessarily.

8. ๐ŸŒ International Shipping
We ship to Canada via UPS Standard Ground.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Customs, brokerage, and duties are the customer's responsibility.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed international shipments after tracking is issued.

๐ŸŒ Note: Countries like Australia may experience longer delivery times.

๐Ÿ”Š All communication must be in English to avoid miscommunication.


9. โšก Battery Shipping Guidelines

  • Li-ion/Li-Polymer batteries ship via ground only (no Hazmat fees).

  • No air or expedited shipping for these items.

  • Alaska/Hawaii: Shipped via USPS Priority only.

Local pickup is not available at this time.

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to: CA, GA, IL, MI, NC, OH, VA unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
