RETURNS & REFUNDS
How to return your item:
Contact Customer Service at +1(302) 314-2955 or support@nextbatteries.com. Unshipped orders can be canceled immediately. Shipped orders need an RMA and can be returned within 30 days under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Full Refunds: Wrong, dead, or damaged batteries.
- Partial Refunds: For returns due to incorrect orders or change of mind, shipping fees will be deducted.
Damaged Items: Report damage within 10 days with a photo, and we'll replace or refund without requiring a return.
Order Cancellation: Once tracking is generated, orders cannot be stopped. Full refunds are issued after returns.
Refund Processing: Refunds within 7 business days of item receipt or 4 business days if no return is needed.
In some cases, we may refund without needing the battery back, and you will be responsible for safe disposal via Call2Recycle.

Refused Orders: If you refuse delivery, you'll be credited minus initial shipping, return shipping, and a restocking fee.
Restocking Fees:- 15% for pet beds, houses, ramps, baths, gates, crates, pens, strollers, and doors.
- 10% for all other items.
Exchanges: Restocking fees are waived for exchanges of size or color, except for crates, cages, gates, and Ideal Doors.
