At NextBatteries.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns.
  • Free return shipping is provided for returns initiated within the 30-day window.

Exchanges & Warranty (12 Months)

All products come with a 12-month standard warranty. If your battery fails within the warranty period, we’ll replace it at no cost. Exchange processing typically takes 4–7 business days after the return is received.

To request an exchange or warranty service:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipment of the defective or damaged product. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement battery or product to the customer.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please notify us within 10 days of delivery if:

  • Your battery arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product is non-functional

You may not need to return the item. Simply send a photo to support@nextbatteries.com, and we’ll ship a replacement free of charge.

Important: Please make sure you have matched the battery/product with your current working battery/product for Voltage, Dimensions, and Connectors before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly. While a refund will still be issued under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to return the product.

In some cases, we may refund without needing the battery back, and you will be responsible for safe disposal via Call2Recycle.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us.
  • If the order has already shipped, it must be returned to our warehouse before a refund is issued.
  • We cover the return shipping for all cancellations once tracking has been generated.

Unauthorized or Late Returns

We will not issue refunds for:

  • Returns made without prior approval
  • Products returned after 30 days without prior arrangement
  • Items not compliant with this Return Policy

Please do not return products to our remittance address. Always use the designated return address provided with your RMA.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • For refunds that do not involve returns, processing may take up to 4 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 2–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
