I have no issue with the product I received. I do have issue with how long it took and that I had to contact customer support to find out why and when I would receive my order. Had an email been sent stating that Nextbatteries was waiting on delivery for the product and would be shipped to me as soon as they arrived would have made the difference between good and subpar service.
Compared to an original and two US made batteries, this case is a little snugger fitting into my charging dock. Still works, but I am really careful when putting it into the dock. These replacements are getting harder to find. Thanks.
Wrong battery was sent and then I was told that I made the error and to be careful when I reordered. Absolutely did not and the picture proves that the wrong one was sent . Supposed to get a refund in 10 days - haven't seen it yet and doubt I will. The Sony NP-FM150 WAS NOT THE ONE THAT WAS SENT. What was sent was some cheap small battery from Cameron Sino (See picture).
Hi Kelly - The photographer you shared is exactly the same battery on our product page. We also clearly mentioned 'This is a replacement compatible battery for Sony NP-FM50', we do not sell any OEM batteries.
Please clarify, how we made a mistake? However, the refund will be issued.
Got the charger today, quality looks good and was impressed with the packaging. They arrived in time too.

The battery works fine. The delivery time was unacceptable. Would not have ordered it from you had I known.
I finally got the battery, but it is not compatible with the panel. I need to return this battery for a refund.

Next Batteries sent the perfect replacement battery. However, for an unknown reason, the battery failed to hold a charge. Next Batteries refunded my money based on a phone call. Thank you for the awesome customer service.
