I love that the batteries last 16 hours. The only thing was it took a long time to receive them.

I needed batteries and charger for a trip I was taking. Website said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. My trip was over a month away so I ordered it. The order wasn’t processed until one month later. So it arrived after I had left on my trip. I asked them to refund the shipping fee since they didn’t fulfill the order as stated. They would not. The company never acknowledged that they did not honor their delivery timeframe. The “resolution” was for me to send it back or receive a small discount. This despite the fact that shipping label stated shipping in the US is “free” while I paid $9.50. The battery and charger work fine. But I am very disappointed that I didn’t receive them within the timeframe they had promised in their website.
We appreciate the feedback and would like to clarify a few points regarding this order.
First, our product pages state a handling time of 3–7 business days, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We acknowledge that this order was delayed beyond our normal processing time and, during our correspondence, we offered a 5% discount as a gesture of goodwill.
The request for a shipping refund was based on a packing slip from one of our fulfillment partners that referenced their internal shipping program. This document was not an invoice and had no connection to the shipping charges paid for the order. We do not offer free shipping and our shipping charges and policies are clearly disclosed on our website.
Because the customer was dissatisfied, we also offered the option to return the battery and charger for a full refund. That option was declined.
Ultimately, the customer accepted our offer of a 5% discount, which was processed accordingly. We are pleased that the battery and charger are functioning properly and regret that the order did not arrive in time for the customer's trip.

Item received was exactly what I ordered. Only drawback was the length of time it took to fulfill the order.
After loosing my charger during a recent trip I had to find a replacement. Was not easy, but I did. Also found that I could purchase additional batteries. Now it will be easier to travel having not only a charger that fits, but also two additional batteries.
The charger and the batteries work as expected, been using them since they got here and no problems so far
I use them for an LED movie light to improve low-light color and these batteries usually last longer than I need to record. Recharge quickly and I can depend on them.
